Warranty
We provide a 3 year warranty on all of our marine cordage. This warranty only covers premature failure of the product under normal conditions. Improper installations, excessive wear due to unusual wear points, improper use, storage, cleaning or general abuse are not covered. In the event of a failure, we will determine at our
discretion to repair or replace. After 12 months from the date of purchase we will not cover any shipping costs or other non-rope related costs. We use a thread comparable to Tenara that carries a life time warranty through the manufacturer.
We try to be easy to work with, give us the option to help. Even if the product is out of warranty we will always do what we can to make a repair or replacement less painful.
